Catch up day

Halifax Public Gardens in May.......at least things are getting green despite no sunlight. Hope to see some on Thursday for the day, fingers crossed:) and then rain again. Thankful we are not getting the flooding like some areas, wild fires raging out of control and tornadoes, so just rain rain is fine. Actually it looks soft and pretty out there with the fog just now.
Home today and facing a neglected house that needs a full frontal atttack and a lovely painting that needs finishing. I really like this painting. Will show you as soon as it is finished:)

Beautiful photo....we have the same weather with no sun in sight but it is OK. Our flowers will be very lush when they finally bloom, especially the hydrangeas which love the seaside air.
The great Monty shot from last week has been making the rounds in my office and family and everyone loves it! He is amazing and must be very bonded with your daughter. A zen cat!

Starting to look like a BC winter out there, getting so green. I can deal with the lack of sunshine. I can't handle it being so cold still. At this rate, I'll thaw by September.

Love the painting and the photo.
Let's all hang in there with the rain....

I don't mind the rain, either. It makes everything quieter and fresh...and the colours in nature seem more vivid afterwards, too. Halifax seems like such a great city to live and visit. One day I'll make it up there and then we'll have to have tea together.
