Waiting for sunshine

Spring is desperately trying. It will not be stopped. I was listening to the weather forecaster the other day and she was saying that the amount of rain we have had is typical for May (23 days or so). What has been atypical and what makes it seem like we've had much more is the lack of sun. Ususally 26 days of sun in May. We've had 7 or 6!! I've been taking extra vitamin D for my sunshine. Friday it is supposed to be sunny, keep your fingers crossed:)

It's been a pretty miserable May right across Canada. C'mon, Spring! Get with it!

I heard the depressing 6 or 7 day stat too. Somehow it feels even worse hearing it! Going to take more Vitamin D now . . .

Maybe sun tomorrow???

I think between Halifax and Vancouver there has been so much rain this (L_O_N_G_) spring that there should be special mention in the Guinness Book of Records! I certainly empathize - everyone here is so fed up; and here I am heading off to Ireland in the fall. Who's crazy now?
