Garden Blue available on eBay
Freshly planted this morning. It is nice to be back in the swing of things. I even made it to the gym for a short visit. I'm always amazed how much fitness I lose when I have an exercise "break". It takes a while to get back to my previous strength and stamina. It's a reality check. Use it or lose it:)
A question for any artists who are reading. Do you use gloves when you paint? Latex ones? I am a messy painter and always get paint all over myself. I was wondering about absorbing it through my hands. It can't be good:( Hmmm.........

OOOH! Pretty this one. Nope, don't wear gloves. But I'm fairly neat. I knew you got INTO IT! by the lovely colorful look of your well worn brushes! Smarto how when you click the painting it goes directly to your ebay listing. I have so much to learn.

ReplyDeleteI, too, love your "Blue Garden". I am such a messy painter....and, no, I don't wear gloves. My husband says he should just give me clothes with paint splotches on them as gifts because I tend to paint in whatever I'm wearing at the time. I do have a smock....but it's covering my bird cage at the moment!!
ReplyDeleteNo, I don't uses gloves. But I'm painting with acrylics and they usually come off pretty easily. But it's a good thought

ReplyDeleteThat picture is beautiful. I don't paint, but I am picky about what gets on my skin. I avoid chemicals as much as possible because you are right, it gets absorbed through the skin. If you can paint with gloves on, good for you.

ReplyDeleteno gloves, they make me feel suffocated...i like to feel paint, glitter, paper, glue...never worried about it...do you think we should?
