february sushi

Just wanted to share this with you. Last night's sunset, from Citadel Hill looking west of course. It was a FREEZING night but this looks so warm and soft. I was headed to meet friends for sushi and was early so I passed the time with my camera. I parked outside the Black Market. A great wee place to poke about. Got some fun pics in there but I will show you later.

This is Fujiyama, a small Japanese restaurant tucked into the bottom of an old building. You might miss it if walking pass quickly.

It used to be called the Cave and served great cheesecake. Now it is a Sushi place:)

I had veggie tempura and sweet potato rolls . Very good:)

Sounds like a great evening. The sunset is quite stunning! That would be one of the times I didn't have my camera with me (happens a lot!). Glad you could capture it. Lorrie

Wow, that is an amazing sunset and photo! I can never get my photos to come out that sharp.
That looks like a great place to eat. Very comfy and homey. Or do you say homely? Both homey and homely have double meanings these days!

Gorgeous sunset!!! MAN, I wish I could take pictures like you!

And I love the Black Market. I never come to Halifax without popping in.

I'm gonna have to try sushi some day.

Gorgeous photo. This is my second winter in NOva Scotia and I am amazed at how bright the days are. From inside it looks like summer. Ofcourse reality sets in quickly when I step out the door. Guess I'll just stay in and stare out the window.
