bagels, salmon, chocolate, oh my......

Ok, this is my stop sign.

I... have.... been... eating... far... too.... much! Really I don't know why I feel so out of control. The other night I had some smoked salmon cream cheese on bagel crisps and ate waaay more than was decent. I was up ALL night with indigestion and heart racing. No wonder! So.....once again I am going to try
Weight Watchers. They have a new program that sounds interesting and it can be done online which is much cheaper. Of course I have to navigate New Year's Eve and then my birthday before it is clean sailing.....but as always, we willl see.

This pear is print of mine that is
available here

I'm still enjoying the market. Taking it a day at a time to see if I will stay with it but looks like I will. Was there yesterday and had a good day. Met quite a lot of people from the United States up here for the holidays. I managed to get some painting done which was a big bonus. Also, a friend popped by to let me have a look at her iPad. Wow, so amazing. I would find that a very useful tool.

Back at market again on Sunday.

Don't forget to check out my photography romp, starts January 14th. Click on the camera:)

I have done the same over eating and am feeling very bloated and FAT. And I'm thoroughly disgusted with my inability to stick to a good diet to lose the weight I want to lose. UGH!!!

We talked about this before...lol.. I'm going to give it a go again THIS year. *sigh*

But really, what can you do on an iPad that you can't do on a laptop or a small notebook/netbook type? The thing with the iPad is that it's all Apple formatting and you can only get stuff on it via iTunes. With a laptop you can play a dvd, you can put things on it via a flash drive, they're half the price or less and they aren't much bigger/heavier.

I was stopping by because I wanted to wish you a happy new year and thank you for being a follower of my blog. It means a lot to me. Thank you. May your new year be filled with laughter, more joy than sorrow, peace, and wisdom. Blessings to you. Happy new year!

I feel your pain!! Despite being less hungry than usual lately I have been embarking on ten too many eating adventures! My stomach is in pain as we speak...but Weight Watchers is great! My aunt is on it and she looks amazing
