Isn't this so very odd? The light was bizarre, made the picture very surreal. It is the royal bed of someone or other I think. Taken in the Metropolitan Museum in NYC. I loved roaming around the rooms that were set up like.......rooms. In the picture below, I just noticed that my mum is standing framed in the mirror:)

You'd probably love The Getty. The entire bottom floor of one of the buildings is royalty rooms. I remember a lot of French king/queens but I'm sure there was a huge variety.
The photo with your mother reflected in the mirror is so cool. Talk about being a part of history!
I hope to one day travel and see some of the more famous institutions.
