I like Monday


This was taken along one of the small foot trails that wind in and out of the subdivision I live in. Tiny teeny pockets of wilderness. As small as they are, I am grateful for them.

Well, so much for starting my training this weekend! I spent more time eating I think!!! Big dinner on Sat night, belated Thanksgiving Turkey dinner yesterday, Bookclub last night, snacks while watching Family Guy with my daughter. Sheesh.

Training........starts........today! Watching food and keeping a diary of exercise. The thought of 6 hours is daunting but I am delighted to be challenging myself to do it and for a VERY worthwhile cause:) 95 days to go. You can help out here

Gym later, planting daffodils for dad at Hemlock (it is that time of year), post office, deliveries and painting. That's what I hope to get done today and maybe some raking. Better get a move on:)

Beautiful area you live in Shelagh! I'm always trying to get on track with diet and exercise...it's good to keep trying
