biz stuff

These arrived yesterday! I love them. My business cards. I've been buying Moo cards for a couple of years now. They are a great way to showcase your art/photography to interested people. When somebody asks me what I do, I whip these mini art cards out as examples and then let the person choose the card they want. On the back is all my info and links to shop, portfolio and blog. Great for conversation
.

I also just ordered these postcards from Vistaprint.ca, I like to support Canadian biz also. were hard to photograph because of the shine but I am pleased. There are always sales on over there and sometimes one can get great deals. I now pop one of these into each print that I send out. I am thinking of ordering more and making some postcard packs of six.

Oh, and for those of you who are painters in Canada, Currys art supplies has 20% off their artist canvas and there are no shipping costs for orders over $75. They have cheap prices to start with. Thanks to my new pal Dijon for that info. I am waiting for some to arrive any day!

Holy Cow! I think I love Moo. Having different images in one order is brilliant. I've done Vista in the past. Very reasonable. But this multiple image thing has me.
So many of the artists that I order from on Etsy don't include a biz card of any kind! I wonder why. It's a smart thing to do for so many reasons!
Thanks, Shelagh. You make me want to be a better artist. :p
*Your paintbrushes are one of my favorite images.*

I think I'll do this for my little rental cottage too. So many opportunities missed by not having a card to hand out.

Wow, that was fast! They look absolutely fantastic, nicely done. My Moo cards should be showing up soon but now that I need a new camera, the calendars will have to wait. Your artwork is stunning!

Ooooh, your work is so bright and colourful and happy,I always have a smile on my face when I visit your blog. The little business cards are beautiful ( business cards does'nt seem quite the right name for them ?) Any way made your Morrocan stew the other night ---- delicious. I put in dried figs instead of apricots.

Well, thought I'd come back by and make sure you didn't float away or blow away with Earl. Judging by your beautiful Sunday photo, you survived and still live in the most perfect place on earth. And, now there is Moroccan Stew being served so that just makes it even more perfect!

I have been meaning to order postcards and b-cards for so long and just never seem to get it done. These look fabulous!

Have a great weekend!
