You had me at the title! January is typically the least cheerful of all the months so having a cheerful list with such wonderful things on it is a very good thing!!! xo
What a wonderful list. Love it (and agree with all).
Love, love your list...
Of course, how could I forget Burns night? Now I have something to look forward to! Thanks!
Good morning Alice in Paris... This is Jeanne in your photo class, and I love your list... All of the same things that you love except no Burns Night in Texas. I also love Jan because it is a "dark" month and great time for introspection and inner quiet. The outdoors is not calling so loudly. Am enjoying your posts. Thanks for sharing all of your thoughts
it is true. when there is sky and sun, it is very very blue!!!
I love your list (particularly # 4) ..it is definitely better to dwell on the positives of every month. After the very hot and humid summer we had here in NYC this past summer I am actually enjoying the cold weather .
I woke up to -33C with the windchill this morning ... brrr!
Terrific list, Shelagh! it's easy to feel down this time of year. Your list is a reminder that good things can be found in the heart of winter.
