Friends of mine have taken off on a magical trailer ride across the United States. You can read about their adventures here on their new blog...... I can hardly read it for growing little green horns:) Never Late , Never Lost
Also... I just found these guys. The Hairy Bikers! A cooking duo on BBC. I found snippets of their shows on YouTube. I'd love to see more of them:)

That is one of my dreams to travel all around North America....just driving wherever we want to go. How awesome. I'll check out their blog.
The Hairy Bikers are great! They remind me a bit of that other English cooking show called Two Fat Ladies. They also rode motorcycles and cooked up a storm. Of course, the Ladies were emphatically NOT vegetarians and made everything with butter and bacon.
Instead of watching Hairy Bikers snippets on YouTube, have you gone directly to the BBC website to see if full episodes are available there? The BBC has a fabulous website (although not for much longer -- their budget just got slashed).

Debra: The BBC shows are blacked out for our country:( I remember the 2 fat ladies. Actually the bikers are not veggies but embrace all food:)
