TGIF

It's Friday!
I'm always happy to see Friday but really to me it it is the same as any other day, because I work from home. I tend to work on weekends as well as weekdays. I have a flexible schedule which I am very grateful for. I do miss the camaraderie of a workplace though. Having a coffee break and chatting, catching up on co-workers lives, admiring new haircuts etc... the simple things, human contact. I think that is one of the reasons I enjoy the internet. I love the feeling that I am not alone. I can pop by and visit people's sites for inspiration, conversation and community. I have met some terrific people through my cyber coffee breaks:)

Yesterday was another literary luncheon which was interesting as always, tomorrow is the maple festival at Earlstown and today is one week away from the start of my e-course, the Sensational Snap Society! Join in! We've got an interesting assortment of snappers:)

I feel the same way...I love being at home, but I miss the friendships you build in a work environment.
I love this picture!

I think I would love being at home and even though I work with some great people, I don't think I would miss it at all. I am very happy alone. Maybe if it was all day every day though it would get old. Would love to try it though. :) Enjoy the fest!
