Here is a shot of Shannon Quinn tuning her fiddle just before the taping. It was a terrible, terrible night for driving, freezing rain and nastiness but some people managed to make it . The good thing was that it was a radio taping so the lack of a big crowd made no difference. I was so happy we braved the storm.
Shannon was wonderful and her banter between the songs was that of a pro! It will be available as a podcast sometime soon through CBC radio and will be broadcast too.
