Ooh - pretty! I've been following your blog for quite a while and never left a comment, so thought it was about time I did! I love your art, and seeing bits of Nova Scotia. I spent some time there a few years ago. Loved Halifax (especially the public gardens), and Cape Breton Island.
Good luck with your healthy eating and exercising. I'm trying to do the same!
